betterpeople A/S is looking for a Finance Consultant on behalf of BioMar Group.

An ERP-platform specialist with solid analytical skills
In the position as Finance Consultant, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere globally. This makes it ideal for those who value flexibility. You will collaborate closely with project teams, analysing and breaking down deliveries into manageable work packages to ensure efficient and timely delivery aligned with project deadlines.
You will serve as an ERP platform specialist, providing continuous support and promptly addressing user issues to ensure the smooth operation of the global ERP system.
You act as gatekeeper securing that BioMar Group global aligned processes are maintained and updated in a challenging environment with continuous cloud updates and stakeholder demands.
Your responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive test plans to ensure the overall quality of BioMar Group’s ERP setup. Collaborating with testing teams, you will identify and address challenges, offering support during testing phases, including user acceptance testing.
Additionally, you will execute, and support planned and unplanned operations, contributing to release and implementation activities. Your precise approach ensures smooth execution and quick responses to unforeseen incidents, collaborating closely with operations teams to maintain stability and reliability.
A strong and independent communicator
This position is designed for you who are motivated by BioMar Group's global growth journey. We prefer a candidate with several years of experience in successfully delivering work packages for projects and tasks. A solid background in providing ERP support, with a focus on efficient and rapid issue resolution, is essential. Additionally, it is important to have the ability to own and manage change requests, including assessing their impact on existing ERP setups. To excel in this role, experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of ERP setups is a requirement.
As an individual, you are a strong communicator with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a comprehensible manner. Strong problem-solving skills are advantageous for tackling complex challenges. Furthermore, you have the willingness and ability to adapt to changing tasks and work environments, demonstrating the capacity to work independently and take responsibility for tasks and deliverables.
