Candeno is currently looking for a new Contract & Compliance Manager.

If so, you could be our new Contract & Compliance Manager.
The opportunity:
As soon as you start your new role as Contract and Compliance Manager at Candeno, you will play an important role in ensuring our success abroad. Working closely with our CSO, People & Culture Manager, CTO and Finance, you will use your strong legal background, high standards and ambition to create the best set-up in the markets we enter. Your role will be to design and implement our compliance set-up to drive customer and business value. This includes actively participating in customer and partner meetings and ensuring that our compliance setup is aligned with our technology innovation.
You will:
- We expect you to be able to manage all commercial aspects, from contracts to customer enquiries, both at home and abroad. You will take the lead in setting up all commercial contracts and compliance in new international markets.
- Take ownership of our Compliance Wheel and ensure that the activities within it are initiated.
- Be responsible for updating our processing activities.
- Manage and support our Security Committee.
- Manage the whole process of our ISAE3000 audit statement, working closely with IT and People & Culture.
- Take responsibility and ownership of our Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
- Monitor our suppliers.
- Assess the security level of new suppliers and business partners.

After 14 days
You will have a solid understanding of what Candeno can do for an organisation, as well as an overview of Candeno's commercial strategy, collaboration and sales materials.
After 30 days
You will be able to independently solve/manage complex legal issues, both domestically and internationally, in collaboration with management and possibly external advisors/attorneys.
After 3 months
You will be able to provide management with an overview of the legal issues that arise when Candeno enters a new market. You will also be able to provide a plan for how these will be resolved.
After 6 months
You will be 100% self-reliant internally within the organisation and with potential business partners. You will also have a plan for Candeno A/S to follow when assessing how Candeno A/S should enter a new market.
