As BioMar’s Marketing Project Specialist (Asia) you will utilise your passion for data-driven marketing to position BioMar as the leading brand in shrimp and fish feed. You will play a crucial role in everything from marketing strategies to product launching, focusing on our markets in Asia. 

In addition to being a leading aquaculture feed supplier to 45 species in 90 countries, BioMar also takes an active role in creating a sustainable future. As part of our team, you will support this blue journey. 

Close collaboration with local marketing teams 
As Marketing Project Specialist (Asia) , you will have a broad role interfacing with many departments across BioMar. You will be based at our global headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark focusing on our Asia division. 

Data-driven marketing in Asia
Your core focus will be to support the positioning of BioMar as the leading brand in shrimp and fish feed. You do this by ensuring the implementation of relevant and efficient marketing strategies Asia. We believe that marketing strategies are most effective when they rely on data, and you will champion a data-driven approach to marketing in your markets. 

In addition, you will also venture outside of traditional marketing tasks as you will act as the project manager for launching a new product category. Working closely with the technical and commercial departments, you will coordinate the successful expansion of this category across new markets Asia. 

We imagine that you achieve the above by: 

    • Ensuring that locally planned marketing activities aligned with BioMar’s global strategic approach.
    • Working with the local marketing teams to ensure adequate market data is available for business decision-making. 
    • Supervising the development of marketing and communication materials and launching campaigns  Asia.
    • Following up on the implementation of activities and campaigns in the markets.
    • Following up on product launch performance.
    • Ensuring branding and communication in the regions aligned with BioMar’s global guidelines.

Highly proficient in Chinese and aquaculture knowledge and experience 

As the role requires you to work independently with a high degree of self-drive, we imagine that you have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience from a similar position in an international company.  To be considered for this position you have:

    • Highly proficient in Chinese and English.
    • Experience with Asian cultures, particularly China or Vietnam.
    • A master’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or international business.
    • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills for market and product dynamics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced but informal working environment.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Hand-on and structured approach which you utilize to achieve results. 

You can expect 10-20 days of international travel activity per year.
