We are looking for a Project Administrator for our client in the Renewable Sector. Do you have strong administrative skills and the ability to think across the board and see opportunities? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
You will be working in the High Voltage Control Center, which consists of two departments. The High Voltage Control Center monitor and provide remote control of the high-voltage plants and ensure that operation and maintenance are planned and carried out in such a way that optimal operation is ensured and that the employees who have to work on the plants have the necessary competence for this.
Location: South West Jutland, but can be remote.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Good communication skills, both in speaking / writing English and Danish fluently
- MS office package and Sharepoint experience
- Relevant administrative education
- Experience from a similar position
- Experience with working in projects
- At least University/Collage Education
- Able to start right away
- Can independently manage and develop the tasks you are responsible for
- Has the ability to think across the board and see opportunities
- Can work in a large and complex organization
- Good at keeping several balls in the air and can maintain an overview
- Enjoys working with customers - both external and internal
- Good at working in a varied daily life
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Course administration
- Planning authorization interviews
- Assessment doc. Admin.
- Cleaning, updating of existing KLS-D
- WESR implementation in HoW
- Support on Implementation of WESR on site
- Support on Implementation of site in HVCC
