Our current Store Manager has decided to seek new opportunities outside of Georg Jensen and we are looking for a new Store Manager for our store in Aarhus. The store employs approximately 6 part-time and full-time employees, and we are looking for an experienced people manager. 
The ideal candidate has a passionate and enthusiastic personality, with a proven record of accomplishment within retail sales, customer service and operational standards. If you fit this profile, then you might be just the Store Manager we are looking for. You will report to Retail Sales & Operations Manager.

The successful candidate has the following competences:

  • 2-4 years in a similar position 
  • Previous experience in selling luxury goods and offering superior customer service
  • Performance driven management style using tools as company’s sales KPIs and goals
  • Masters all aspects of people management incl. recruitment, day-to-day staff management incl. planning and prioritizing daily tasks, staff appraisals, staff motivation and development of team performance
  • Outstanding communication skills in both Danish and English

Your key responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives and other retail goals set by the company
  • Daily people management and motivating the team to provide high level service to customers 
  • Execution, planning, and coordination of daily operations and in-store activity 
  • Stock management and optimization
