Er du en passioneret kok med styr på det asiatiske køkken? Vores restaurant i Aarhus Centrum søger lige nu 1-2 erfarne asiatiske eller kinesiske kokke, der vil være med til at løfte vores poke bowl og bento-koncept til næste niveau.
Dine arbejdsopgaver:
Tilberedning af asiatiske og kinesiske retter samt komponenter til poke bowls og bento.
Forberedelse af friske råvarer i høj kvalitet.
Daglig køkkendrift, herunder fokus på egenkontrol og strenge hygiejnestandarder.
Vores forventninger til dig:
Du har solid erfaring som asiatisk eller kinesisk kok.
Erfaring med wok eller poke bowl og bento-madlavning er en stor fordel, men ikke et absolut krav.
Du er ansvarsbevidst, mødestabil og trives i et tempofyldt køkkenmiljø.

Are you a passionate chef with expertise in Asian cuisine? Our restaurant in Aarhus City Centre is looking for 1-2 experienced Asian or Chinese chefs to join our team and contribute to our exciting poke bowl and bento concept.
Responsibilities:
Preparing Asian and Chinese dishes, as well as ingredients for poke bowls and bento.
Food preparation (prep work) with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Ensuring daily kitchen operations meet strict quality and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Asian or Chinese chef.
Experience with wok cooking or poke bowl and bento preparation is a distinct advantage.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
