We are looking for a chef - kitchen assistant or kitchenhelp to our french bistro.
We are 2 small and very cozy restaurants in Jægergårdsgade, Århus, Denmark. And we are pleasantly busy.

Who we are;
We are a wonderful diverse team in nationalities and cultures, around 50 colleagues that come from 12-13 different countries, all over the world - Italy, France, Argentina, UK, Bulgaria, Syria, Slovenia, Poland, Nepal, Russia, DK …. Our spoken language is English with a touch of dialect, charming and very relaxed.
We are down to earth in mindset and working style, the organisation is flat in structure – so there’s no managers to tell you what to do every 10 minutes, thus we expect you to work independently, focused on your tasks and responsibilities and with an eye for the whole team.
We are looking for the following staff;
Experienced chefs, that have years behind a stow and is used to busy and high pressure service. You are able to keep calm, move fast, make nice food & keep kitchen clean – also when everything is hectic around you.
Kitchen help, that have min. 6 months experience working in kitchens, helping out with prep for service as well as helping out as a waiter. You are willing to do a lot of helpful stuff when getting ready for service.
We ask of you;
Tattoos, multi-colored trousers, straight hair, no hair, A, B, C, D chest seize, flip beard, mustacho or too much beard….. We don’t really mind - as long as you have a big smile, are clean, outgoing, service minded, a good helpful colleague, willing to learn new stuff and can move fast in our kitchen.
Please understand, our team are hardworking people, if you have an addiction problem with drugs, alcohol etc. - you do not need to apply to any of the positions! Its one of our non-negotiables and a key company values.
Acknowledging the importance in following the company rules and guidelines, eg. for best practice in ´cleaning & hygiene´ – is another key factor in our company. We expect of you to be responsible and meet on time and not report sick every second day due to hangovers.

International students that only can work 10-15 hours/week are also welcome.
Please note, getting a job in one of our places is subject to a valid Danish work permit and Danish bank account. So you must be able to get a CPR number (personal identification number ) and a work permit in Denmark.
