We are looking for a Customer Solution Engineer (CSE) to join our Customer Experience department. You will work alongside two other CSEs in our Professional Service team, supporting our customers and internal stakeholders throughout the entire customer journey.

Adversus specializes in providing software solutions for the call center industry, designed to meet our customers' unique needs. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and creating customer success through personalized software and hardware solutions.

What will you be working on?

  • Managing the customer integration process and ensuring timely and successful implementation between the customer and our system.
  • Collaborating with customers to understand their systems, integration requirements, and business goals.
  • Configuring and customising the platform to fit the customer's workflows, systems, and data structures.
  • Providing technical guidance and support during the onboarding process.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues promptly.
  • Working across sales, development, and customer success teams to improve integration processes and customer experiences.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for integration procedures and best practices.
  • Conducting training sessions for customers and colleagues.


We imagine you have:

  • An education or coursework in a relevant technical field.
  • Documented experience in building technical integrations.
  • Skills in APIs, webhooks, data formats, data destructuring (JSON, XML, Form data), Postman, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.

Hvad skal du arbejde med?

  • Styre kundeintegrationsprocesen, samt sikre rettidig og succesfuld implementering imellem kunden og vores system.
  • Samarbejde med kunder for at forstå deres systemer, integrationskrav og forretningsmål.
  • Konfigurere og tilpasse platformen, så den passer til kundens workflows, systemer og datastrukturer.
  • Give teknisk vejledning og support i onboarding-processen.
  • Fejlsøge og løse integrationsrelaterede problemer hurtigt.
  • Arbejde på tværs af salg, udvikling og customer success-teams for at forbedre integrationsprocesser og kundeoplevelser.
  • Udvikle og vedligeholde dokumentation for integrationsprocedurer og best practices.
  • Afholde træningssessioner for kunder og kollegaer.

Vi forestiller os, at du har:

  • En uddannelse eller kursus indenfor relevant teknisk område.
  • Erfaring med bygge teknisk integrationer (dokumenterbart).
  • Kompetencer inden for API, webhook's, data strukturering (JSON, XML, Form data), Postman eller lign. værktøjer.
  • Stærke problemløsningsevner og evnen til at fejlfinde komplekse problemer.
  • Fremragende kommunikationsevner og gode samarbejdsevner.
  • Evnen til at håndtere flere projekter samtidig og prioritere effektivt.
  • Erfaring med CRM-systemer er et plus.
  • Taler og skriver engelsk ubesværet.
