Ambitious and dedicated group leader to spearhead engineering development team
They are currently assembling the brightest minds in the global wind industry to collaborate on innovative research and development projects. You will have a real impact as you design technologies that will shape the future of wind power.
As Group Leader you will be responsible for a team of highly specialized and accomplished engineers with a focus on offshore and floating turbines. You will make sure the project plan is moving along, support the engineers in their tasks, define and assign responsibility and be visible for team and management.
Additionally, you will be collaborating with other innovation teams on new technical procedures and methodologies.
Requirements:
- A background as mechanical or electrical engineer
- Min. 5+ years of experience from energy sector preferably wind
- Strong leadership skills
- Pronounced organizational and team management skills
- The ability to set and reach targets
- Knowledge and insight into wind technology
- Business understanding and able to navigate between organizational levels
- Professional English in speech and writing
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in production and development settings
You will be working in an international environment, therefore solid interpersonal and communication skills are essential. As Group Leader you will be in charge of creating ownership and responsibility in the group and motivate the team towards reaching defined milestones goals.
You will become part of KP Consulting and work full time at customers site in Aarhus. Some remote work is also an option.
