We are looking for an ambitious Content HR and Team Manager with a strong educational background in communication and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively identify and onboard new freelance Content Writers.
In this pivotal role, you will be crucial in establishing the right content team to ensure we deliver the highest quality within the SEO industry. Therefore, knowledge of how SEO and advertorials work is an advantage. You will be part of a small, ambitious content team, based in our office in Aarhus.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Content, your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Daily communication with our freelancers and Customer Success Team
- Recruiting and onboarding new talents
- Quality assurance of our various content products
- Contributing to high-quality journalistic products
About You
- Recently graduated in the fields of Journalism, Communication or Media Studies
- Able to work independently with an eye for detail
- Structured and organized in your approach to work
- Outgoing with a proactive personality
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
